POP server settings for Yahoo Mail

Yahoo Mail POP server settings

• Incoming mail (POP3) server: pop.mail.yahoo.com 
• Incoming port (requires SSL): 995 
• Outgoing mail (SMTP) server: smtp.mail.yahoo.com 
• Outgoing port (requires SSL/TLS): 465, 587, or 25. It is necessary to enable SSL or TLS for the outgoing port. 
• Requires authentication (Email and password): Yes. 
• Email address: Your Yahoo Mail address (user@domain.com) 
• Password: Your Yahoo Mail password 

 
IMAP settings for Yahoo Mail

You can access your Yahoo Mail from another email client or from your mobile device using IMAP. Our instructions include the IMAP settings you'll need to get started.
Use these settings when configuring IMAP

• Incoming Server: imap.mail.yahoo.com 
• Outgoing Server: smtp.mail.yahoo.com 
• Incoming Port (requires SSL): 993 
• Outgoing SMTP Port (requires SSL/TLS): 465, 587, or 25. It is necessary to enable SSL or TLS for the outgoing port. 
• Requires authentication: Yes. 
• Username: full Yahoo email address (for example, free2rhyme@yahoo.com). 
• Password: the password you use to sign in to your Yahoo Account.
